This module consisted of three parts.
Part One was a report on Usability Best Practice for the creation of the Triple Impact Consultancy website.
The report focussed on the usability issues of creating the website starting with defining the purpose of the website and identifying the audience. I then used various sources to create a structure to follow so that evaluation of the website would be happening from every stage, starting with paper mock-ups which were then refined into digital prototypes.
From the feedback on the digital prototypes I was finally able to create a first version of the website using CSS and XHTML to make it complaint with the W3C guidelines.
My final conclusion in the report is that user testing should be an essential part of the design process and that because I tested the website throughout its evaluation from paper design to finished product I was able to make sure that it was compliant and was disseminating the message of Triple Impact Consultancy as a professional marketing company.
The second part was the Triple Impact website which I created and which can be seen here.
The third part was a presentation on our product and an assessment of the booth that we were allocated for the project for which we designed all three posters with examples of myself and my colleagues work for the company. The posters for the booth can be seen below.
